Re: I want this
thanks Bob. However, Denmark is a very small country and our market does not support this. Sure, I can go to the local photo shop and get a print on a white shirt, but that's about as sofhisticated it gets. I found a Russian site who seems to stock it, but it's all in Russian so I don't think they'r...

Re: I want this
My boobies won't fit in a girlie T-shirt
Anyway, it seems to be an error on Amazon's website. Note that you cannot choose size and somewhere on that page it says "CD".
I think there was supposed to be a Picture of the album rather than the T-shirt.
Anyway, thanks for the heads up.

I want this
No, I NEED this T-shirt.
Seen it too late and now it seems to be unavailable everywhere:
http://www.amazon.co.uk/Plastic-Head-Al ... B005GIW3N8
Anyone knows who might have it (XL) in stock ?
Would really appreciate it.

Re: Article about 1972 Alice Cooper show
I'm pretty sure I've seen the canon in a Stones live broadcast.
To bad it didn't catch on with the Coops.

OK, it's time for me to give my 5 cents. I think both sites are great. This one is clearly much more professionally put together, but it's the contents that is most important to me. Skip's site offers more interesting content for me as I think the ACG was way better than Alice solo at any time, and ...

Re: Are There Any Fans That Prefer Alice's Solo Career
To give my opinion on the initial question: Of course there is. I mean, fans who praise f.i. Brutal Planet as a favourite, probably wont dig Easy Action much. The ACG era was only very short (69-74), compared with the 40 years of solo Alice. But judging by the general inputs from fans even on this s...

Re: I guess Alice won't be including Sun Arise in the set
Never liked the song much anyway. By far the weakest on LITD. But if I did, I would still like to hear it at the shows. Even if the guy's an asshole, it doesn't make the song any different. Don't know what he did (but can imagine). The Coopers took the song without knowing anyting about this, I'm su...

Re: A Question about Montreal 72.....
Well put, Dannorama. I got the deluxe edition, and I'm VERY happy with it. Sure, I got a 2009 audio and a Blue Ray doc that I will probably never use but the doc itself, the book and the '72 show are well worth the 35 quid. Much better value than Old School, I think. To be honest, I was a bit disapp...

Re: Super Duper Deluxe 4-Disc Version - US
My 5 cents: I'm just happy that we finally get some vintage original ACG stuff served. Sure, there is stuff out there that I would personally prefer to some of the footage that has come out, but that will probably (hopefully) surface later. Again (personally), I would say that some of the Old School...

Re: Lefsetz discusses 'Supermensch'
I'm with Andy here. And shep probably didn't think the first two albums were commersial enough, but he did a great job promoting the band untill Ezrin took care of the music. Not that I don't like PFY and EA, I think especially EA is brilliant, but can understand why they weren't big sellers. I'm no...

Ah, yeah, The Dead Boys.
I'm not suggesting what Alice should or should not have done here.
I'm only playing around with the idea of what could have been.
A couple of years break, and then a come back of ACG.

>Glen could have returned, he looks and sounds pretty damn good on the Virgin footage. That was ten years later though. Yeah, I know. What I don't know is when he got in shape. Very little info on him from the break up 'till Virgin. Remember a mention about him guest starring for the Dead Kennedy's...

Did not know that either.
AC was a big name in Germany at the time, but I can understand that MB's solo didn't sell on that because it is nothing like ACG stuff.

"But is it realistic to suppose that Alice or anyone else would be able to keep up the image of Sleazy bas ass RR for more than 40 years ?" No, it is not. But for a few more, I'm sure. Alice kept on living hard for a number of years. Glen could have returned, he looks and sounds pretty damn good on ...

Re: Muscle of Love Album released 40 years ago
"The aura of danger, outrage, and rebellion was nearly gone" Excactly my thoughts. Songs like TL74 and MWTGG make Alice Cooper a mainstream band, imo. There are a few gems on it, like BAD and MOL and I do give it a spin now and again. Battle Axe is no better, though. Way too much "love" on it. "love ...
