I think you may find that's an illegal pirate release. I will check though, but going by their legal page and some other stuff they are selling I'd say it's pirated.

Yeah great collection of songs but definitely a pirate , probably from Russia .

Technically yes, depending on your countries laws [They all differ sightly and I don't know specifics for Germany etc]. However it's rather unlikely anyone will be knocking on your door any time soon.
