Re: New book: Welcome to My Nightmare
I pre-ordered one from Amazon UK a couple months ago, since they said it was out in June (3 months before the US date). I haven't heard a peep from them if the date has changed.

'....Very early on, little Vince realised that the survival of the Furnier family name had been nailed to his shoulders....yada yada yada.......He would fulfill his familial duty too. Although he would ultimately change his name by deed poll to Alice Cooper, he waited until after the birth of his son, Damien Furnier'.

Re: New book: Welcome to My Nightmare
what appalling research the author could have looked on a genealogy website to get that right.cherrypie wrote:Page 8.

You can trace the Furnier lineage back to David who died in 1771 and had a son Henry born in 1765 to his wife Jeanne

Doesn't seem like it is worth buying if they cannot get basic facts right.

Yep, Thinking I'm going to skip if such basic info is missing. mush of which is in almost all Alice bios. so to get such things wrong seems odd

Not having read the book, would think that unless Alice himself has written it, be best to look on this site rather than waste money.

Re: New book: Welcome to My Nightmare
What about pictures? Anything new or original in that department that may make up for lack of research?
