As some of you may know through Tragic's (Beck's) facebook, we are having a baby in August. We found out on Monday that we are having a boy. We would really like to use a Cooperesque name for at least the middle name of our impending arrival. This could be the name of a character in one of his songs. We're open for suggestions, in case we have missed any! P.S - Cooper is kind of out as a first name, because it is a VERY common name here downunder.

Actually there are lots of Cooper names: Steven, Lee (Warmer), Vincent Price (haha), Maurice, Billie, Jacknife Johnny, Zorro, Spider, Snakebite.

I have no suggestions for you though. When my first was born, I wanted to name him Geddy Lee Klyn(pronounced like Cline)having been a huge Rush fan. Got the big kybosh from my wife, but I still like the way it rolls off the tongue.
Good luck though, you'll come up with something great!

Well we have decided on Monty Cooper Newell. Monty after Monty Colvin from the bands Galactic Cowboys and Crunchy and Cooper after Alice.
He is due on the 24th of Aug and Alice here is playing here in Adelaide on the 29th.
Busy week. Hope he doesn't decide to come out on the day of the show. lol.
