Looking forward to the ticket fun. No doubt with the usual 800 different outlets and multiple presales, none of the latter having particularly good tickets.

I'm far from enthusiastic about Primal Scream.

I'll still be going along though.

Just clarifying, all these dates are ages 14 and under to be accompanied by an adult, right?
Cheers

If presale tickets are not front row I am going to take a gamble and dodge them and wait til much later on.

Id have scored if id done this before, always get shafted on the pre-sale.

Great news, I’ve been hoping for some dates to look forward to.
Does anyone remember how much the front row / 2-5 row meet’n’greet tix went for last time round?

Looking at the ticket options, they are all seated gigs. Quite unfortunate but there is some sort of luxury of not having to stand in a queue for hours in an English October….

As I am looking at his tour schedule for the year, its looking like a tight fit for a solo Cooper tour in the USA....I bought a ticket for the Indianapolis show but i don't see much wiggle room for the USA solo.....

Front row meet and greet was just shy of £500 last time. I imagine it'll be a bit more this time round.

Thanks lordcatfish. Prices me out but maybe a notch down may be worth considering.

I’ve also noted this isn’t a co-headliner, I think we get the best chance of max coop this way.

What I DON’T appreciate are the usual, blatant tricks they pull out the bag. Less than 24 hrs to consider laying down a substantial sum, and the more you umm and arr over it, the less chance you get of availability. Then the factor that buying pre sale tix doesn’t necessarily give the best seats in the house.

Last time, better seats became available and it wasn’t too much hassle selling my pre-sale seats, but there’s always a risk.

I guess that’s the game that’s played these days.

They are always standing provided your not in front of the disabled line.

Just stand up as the first drum beat hits down during Alices entrance music, even if nobody else does for a split second they will soon follow your lead. Pretty sure I took the lead at the seated Aberdeen gig a few years back :rotfl: .

I can't remember ever a time when, being at a seated gig, people remained seated. I've seen footage elsewhere where this has happened though.

The 02 last time, front row, left side (in front of us) 8-10 people stayed seated the whole show looking bored. Complained to security if anyone further down the row tried to stand at the barrier ("we can't see if they stand up")... and during SO they were actually putting away their personal stuff and sorting their coats completely ignoring the show finale.
Couldn't believe it. These seats were sold at premium prices and they would surely have been happier somewhere else, while the real fans couldn't get anything closer than about 20 rows during presales etc.,.

Great that it is at The old Hammersmith Odeon in London rather than The 02 or Wembley

Not a little strange to downsize though given the attendance at the O2 last time? Surely two sellout gigs though.

Don't see it as downsizing, see it as upgrading the quality of venue! Hammersmith is an infinitely better place for him to play than the 02!

Is there a password needed for presale?

Lol. Been to both and totally agree.

Just wondering what is driving this though. Surely not the finances unless O2 has upped is prices considerably and getting @10,000 in the O2 on one night makes less than the same number in the Odeon over two nights.

A good outcome for the London fans though, no doubt about that.

Local gig Birmingham for me always gives us absolute garbage seats on the pre-sale.
The two dates in London - possible recording over two shows?
