Below are the complete SickthingsUK news archives going back to 2004 when I first added news to the front page.
NOTE: The further back you go, the less likely it is that links and images will work, because the original sites no longer have the articles.

After pop star Lady Gaga posted a photo of herself and Alice on twitter yesterday the UK press seem to have made up text to go with it with the Daily Star deciding it means the pair will appear together at some point during May's Brazil shows. As far as I know this is based on nothing more than this photo. There's also a photo of photo of Robert Patterson and Alice backstage at the Late show appearance.

Back home finally so I'll try and catch up on stuff that has happened over the weekend. Appologies if any of this is repeated or anything I miss.

Fuse TV have added a couple more clips from the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame events last week including a full version of  the band playing 'School's Out'.  From what I've heard Fuse disapointingly only aired a heavy edited version of the show at the weekend which seems a bit of a wasted opportunity, athough maybe more will be aired at some stage. For an alternative fan filmed clip hilighting the SO Kids from the NYC  Ronald Macdonald home check out this video which included some more of Alice's speech. Rob Zombie's Speech can be seen here. There is also the closing titles from the Fuse show showing Alice singing 'Da Do Ron Ron' and showing the band's thanks listings.

Superfan Paul Brenton and Renne Dunaway held a party Sunday night at the R bar in NYC for Dennis Dunaway. Dennis and Blue Coupe played a couple tunes and all the members from  Dennis' other bands (of recent years) DDP and 5th Avenue Vampires were in attendence. They also aired an uncut version of Rob Zombie's induction speech. Check out videos here and here.
(Thanks Jim)

Alice's solo appearance on the Jay Leno Show featured 'School's Out' with the house band and a surprise appearance by Dweezil Zappa, and there's a short interview clip from the show here. Clips from the 'Hoppus' appearance is also up there here, here and here as well as a show promo. have released a short promo advert for the forthcoming Boxset which you can see on YouTube. Also on Youtube check out this interview clip of Alice chatting and putting on his makeup.

And while at youTube check out this clip I don`t think I've mentioned which is a Arizona PSU advert from Alice, an advert for the Indiana show and a promo for the forthcoming Alice Cooper Group performance at the Golden Gods awards show in LA.

Alice has commented in the current celebrity trainwreck that is Charlie Sheen over at Digital Spy.

As mentioned a couple of weeks ago Alice Cooper is listed as a guest on "The Tonight Show with Jay Leno" on NBC tonight. the full broadcast will be available sometime afterwards on the show website.

Alice and Rob Zombie will also appear on Fuse TV tonight on "Hoppus On Music" at 11pm.

Alice was a guest on the "Joy Behar Show" yesterday and you can see two videos from the show at the show website.

One I missed previously was Alice's appearance on "Wreaker In The Morning" on 104.9 The Eagle Tuesday which you can listen to at Blabbermouth.

The Telegraph (UK) has an article on Alice Cooper and the Hall of Fame.

Alice has donated a signed Fender guitar to the 'Fayetteville Lions Club' to be auctioned on April 2nd at the Fayetteville Church of God activity building.

We've mentioned it before, but the "Big Rock Show with Ryan Roxie" is all ready to debut on March 23rd and now has it's own website at! The web show sees our (other) hero interview stars from the rock and roll world weekly and will be distributed by media group (the largest and most well circulated media company in Sweden). Check out the latest promo below featuring Black Label Society and former Ozzy guitarist Zak Wylde.

I will be out of action for the next week or so which means there won't be any minor news updates for a few days (we'll try and get any BIG news up here but can't promise it) so as always when this happens I suggest keeping an eye on the STUK forums for any news updates.

Reports are starting to filter in with information about just what happened last night in New York when the Alice Cooper band were finally inducted into the 'Rock And Roll Hall Of Fame'.
Rolling Stone confirms Rob Zombie joined the band for 'School's Out' (one of three songs they performed) which also included a "small pack of school children wearing make up like Alice's', and the snake made an appearance. Said Alice: "I hope I never outgrow a Pete Townsend windmill chord," he said. "I hope I never outgrow a Jeff Beck lead guitar. I wish I could tell you that being in the Hall now, we'll never embarrass you, but I really can't make that promise. After all, we are Alice Cooper. It's what we do."
The official Alice Cooper YouTube channel have posted a clip of 'Eighteen'.
NewsdayReuters, and Getty Images (lots of small pics unless you are a member) have a few photos with I'm sure many more to follow over the course of today.

For Alice Cooper's "No More Mr Nice Guy" summer tour, May-August 2011, Alice has announced a revamped band line-up. The tour will kick off in North America May 12-21, then go to South America May 25-June 3, and England & Europe June 7-July 16, before returning to North America again for the month of August.

Alice is bringing back to his stage show guitarist Steve Hunter, who famously toured and recorded with him for several years.  Additionally, Tommy Henriksen will be replacing Keri Kelli on guitar, and Damon Johnson will be continuing with the band, making for a three guitar attack.

Glen Sobel will be joining the band on drums, replacing Jimmy DeGrasso, while bassist Chuck Garric will continue to anchor the rhythm section.

Said Alice, "Steve's always been one of my favorite guitarists since the first time I ever heard him play, and I've been working with Tommy a lot on the new album.  Oh, and yes, a new snake might make the band never know.  We will miss Jimmy and Keri, but I know we will be sharing a stage again in the future."
