A fundraiser to benefit Alice Cooper's Solid Rock has been announced in Anchorage, Alaska on December 11th at Sullivan Arena.  Alice's son Dash Cooper and his band CO-OP will be performing their own songs to raise funds for Solid Rock.  Alice will be joining them on stage for a bunch of the songs.  The guys will likely play some cover songs as well as some of Alice’s own hits, though the focus of the evening will be on Solid Rock.
There have been some questions about whether or not Alice is planning to bring his band and the 'Raise The Dead' show, to which Alice has responded: "My band and stage show will not be there.  This is really Dash's event and the spotlight is on he and his band CO-OP.  They asked me to come up and do some songs with them to raise some money for Solid Rock, and since I'll be off tour for the holidays I said sure!  Even without all of the theatrics, it's still going to be a lot of fun to get up and do some songs with my son Dash and to support Solid Rock."
Tickets for the show are on sale now via Ticketmaster. has launched the 'Ghouls Gone Wild' Halloween constume contest whihc will run through November 1st. Upload a photo of yourself in Halloween gear to Twitter, Instagram or Facebook using the hashtags #alicecooper and #ghoulsgonewild to me in with the chance of winning daily prizes with a grand prize of a two night stay in Las Vegas and VIP tickets to the show going to an overall winner. and Miami Herald have short interviews with Alice while Orlando Sentinal has a short show review.
