Alice Plays Rocklahoma In August

Alice Cooper will be playing at the Rocklahoma Festival in Pryor, OK on August 29th along with Five Finger Death Punch, Marilyn Manson and Orianthi (so expect a guest appearance!) among others. So far only weekend and VIP tickets appear to be available. No day passes.

Producer Bob Ezrin has been on the news this past week after receiving the Canadian Governor General’s Performing Arts Award, and announcing he is moving back to Canada after renouncing his US citizenship. You can read all about his reasons in this interview for Lakeland Today.

Ryan Roxie is interviewed by ‘Metal Matt‘, and jams some songs as well, in an hour long video.
Ryan also guests on the new album by ‘Black Eyed Sons‘, a band made up of ex-Quireboys and Down’n’Outz musicians. The album is called ‘Cowboys In Pinstriped Suits’ with Ryan featuring on the title track and a version of ‘Can’t Put Your Arms Around A Memory’ which was previously covered by the Holywood Vampires.

Beasto Blanco have announced they will be playing at the Plage Noire festival which takes place between November 14th and 15th at the Ferienpark in Weissenhäuser Strand, Germany. I’ve not seen any indication exactly which day they will be playing. Beasto have also released the final official ‘vignette’ teaser (#5 if you are keeping track) in advance of the full length Beasto film.
